@yootuubinatwerk you suck. a cat’s nails are like our fingers. they are what they use to climb, scratch/knead like a scratching board (which is natural and calming for cats), and what they use to defend themselves. a friendly cat is friendly because it grows up around friendly owners who take care of it and pay attention to it. word of advice: don’t get a cat if you don’t have time to pay attention to it/pet it/cuddle. we use our fingers for everything we do. would you want your fingers cut off?
